Word arrived in Batavia of the death of R D Sapp former county commissioner at his son's home Milton. He suffered a stroke about a year ago and did not recover. Age 75. Surviving are a son and two daughters. Burial at Milford Saturday afternoon. He was held in high esteem by all who knew him.
