Prominent farmer Jacob Craver dies at home
Jacob Craver a well known and wealthy farmer from near Belfast died at his home last Friday May 14 in his 68th year. Funeral services were held in the Catholic church at Owensville on Monday with many relatives and friends in attendance. He leaves a widow and family.

The Batavia community notes the 1909 death of Mary Jane Bunn, born 1838 in Jacksonville Adams County. Survived by her children W E Potts and Dr Ralph A Bunn, she lived with her family after two marriages, religiously active in Metho dist and Presbyterian churches, and honored at a Batavia home funeral.
