Death of Louis Krekeler of Brazier noted
Louis Krekeler of Brazier died at his home Thursday in his 64th year after months of kidney trouble. Born November 1 1855 in Cincinnati he married Augusta Richter June 2 1884. Survived by six daughters four sons aged four to twenty four and one brother William. He moved to Batavia in 1895 and was a respected local businessman. Funeral services were held Sunday at home with Rev. Jackson of Batavia officiating and burial at Olive Branch cemetery.

Helen Dimmitt Speidel, 26, wife of Dr. Thomas Speidel, died at home in Felicity on Saturday evening after a painful illness. She was the second daughter of A. M. Dimmitt and Anna Wayland Dimmitt, born in Felicity, married in June 1905, and left behind a husband, infant child, parents, sisters, and many friends. Funeral services were held in Felicity and Batavia with numerous attendees. Rev. Jackson and Rev. BE. Burdsall conducted the services.
