Nadine Schwalle, 23 of Rt 1 Ripley, was crowned Miss Ohio Valley and will represent Adams Brown and Clermont Counties. First runner up Gayla Fate Winchester, Miss Adams County 1967. Second runner up Sandra Naylor of Batavia. Pageant directed by R Dennison Keller and co sponsored by The Ripley Theatre Guild and Pepsi Cola Bottling Co of Ripley.
