Three Men Bound Over In Clermont Theft Case
Three men were bound over to the grand jury by Judge John D. Erhardt in Clermont County Court. Charles W. Lambert and John L. Duvall, both 18, were held to the jury in the theft and dismantling of Robert M. Bickel’s car, found in a barn at Lambert’s home. Donald Gies, 20, received six months in jail for helping dismantle the car. David A. Wilson, 19, was bound to the grand jury for taking a fire from a service station and attempting to sell it. A juvenile was also taken into custody in connection with the same incident. Liquor per capita expenditures in Clermont County last year were $8.99 with total retail liquor sales of $946,917 for a population of about 105,268.
