Farm Ownership loan limit raised for Clermont and Brown counties
County Supervisor Mr. Russell G. England announced FHA will allow larger Farm Ownership loans up to 11 000 in Clermont and Brown counties as the average farm value rose to 11 000. The rule requires appraised farm value to meet or exceed the loan amount and prior limits were 10 000 and 9 000. Information available at Batavia Court House Annex.
