CECA to Build Emergency Home for Dependent Children
The Children's Emergency Care Association of Clermont County CECA elected officers Tim Gane president Al Keller vice president Fannie Kennedy secretary Don Sargent treasurer and named three board members. It plans an emergency home for dependent neglected and delinquent children not in detention to be family living with 15 to 30 day stays funded by at least $14 000 for six months to start.
