Letters push recovery of funds for Clermont College building
State Sen. Snyder and Rep. Fisher pressed State Auditor Ferguson and Atty. Gen. Celebrezze Jr. to halt a $4.5 million transfer from Clermont College Batavia campus to UC Clifton campus and restore any funds already moved. The letters accuse the transfer of bypassing law and intent of the capital improvements bill, while outlining potential legal action and asking for an audit. Meetings between Clermont College Dean Flinchbaugh and UC President Winkler were planned to improve future relations.
