The Clermont County Historical Society invites members and guests to a May 11 8 pm meeting in the Cincinnati Gas and Electric Building Batavia. Guest speaker Ralph E. Whitehead Mt. Washington will discuss stamp collecting and display a United Nations stamps collection, Stations of the Cross Rosary displays, and items on the First Methodist Society in America and Champions of Liberty. Whitehead, a Mt. Washington resident and retired National Lead Company accountant, volunteers at The Christ Hospital. The event is public and of interest to stamp collectors as noted by society president Harry Reed Appel. Batavia dance students taught by Gayle Walker will perform Kaleidoscope Friday May 11 at 7:30 pm in Batavia Junior High Auditorium.
Miss Teresa Marie Daniel becomes Mrs. Gary Lynn Furnish after a ceremony at St. Peter's Church New Richmond. The wedding took place April 27 at 7 30 in the evening.

Cynthia Ann Galinger daughter of Mr and Mrs George Galinger of Goshen married David Ross McGrath son of LaVerne McGrath of Loveland at high noon April 27 in Bethel. Bethel Mayor O H Sharp officiated with Christine Galinger as maid of honor and Dan Galinger as best man. The couple will reside in Gaslight Village Goshen.
