Grand Jury To Hear Partin Murder Case

Partin 42 was bound over to the Clermont County Grand Jury after a preliminary hearing for first degree murder in his wife Donna Partin 29 who was found dead with a fractured skull after an April 13 incident at the Lawson home on Graves Rd Partin allegedly followed his wife with a gun and dragged her from the home with bond set at 100000 for murder and 10000 for breaking and entering the home of Elmer Lawson.
