William H. Zimmer of The Cincinnati Gas and Electric Co. said the firm has not taken any position on plans to incorporate or annex areas around Beckford Station in Clermont County. He noted the company is studying the major taxpayer issue and will pay its fair share of taxes, stressing Beckford’s name does not imply company approval. Skyhill Auctioned To Cincinnatian For 67000
Skyhill Airport and Recreation Club at Chapel Rd was sold at public auction Saturday to Peter Topiez of Cincinnati for 67000. Topiez bid 59600 as the low on the three parcels, offered as a single unit, outbidding two rivals. Auctioneer was Joel T. Wilson of Milford. Topiez plans to develop the park including the Olympic size swimming pool. The family stays with Ralph Brown in Withamsville.

Fire consumes home. family aided by relatives in Withamsville
Fire damaged a residence with estimated loss of 4000 dollars as occupants tried to fight the blaze with a garden hose and ran a quarter mile to raise an alarm. Fire insurance had lapsed recently. The family is staying with Mrs. Boles' relatives in Withamsville, including Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Brown and Ralph Brown.

Lineman Killed In Power Mishap Near Loveland
Larry Schweinerus, 38, of Covington Kentucky, died after contacting a 132000 volt line at Tower 100 near Loveland Road while removing a ground on a hot line. He joined CG&E in 1957 and is survived by his wife Dorothy. Clermont County officials investigated the Tuesday accident. he died en route to Good Samaritan Hospital Cincinnati.
