Annexation petition seeks Batavia village boundary change Clermont

In Clermont County Ohio William J Kopp Eileen Kopp and Thomas Pancher petitioned the county commissioners to annex part of Batavia Township into the Village of Batavia. Description covers 30 183 acres including surveys deeds and a University corner. A hearing is set for June 25 1973 at Batavia Court House. Public hearings on district changes follow May 18 1973 at Miami School Mulberry Ohio with several property changes listed and instructions for public participation.
