Strange Children Need Love and Homes in Clermont County

Frances Reese of Clermont County Welfare reports a shortage of adoptive homes. Many children need loving, stable settings including two boys aged six and eight and four mentally deficient children aged six to twelve. Towboat crew finds man's body in river

An unidentified man about 35 was found drifting in woods near the river bank after a towboat crew spotted him from shore. He wore blue trousers brown shoes and a white knit sweater. no ID was found and the body was taken to the Hamilton County morgue.
