Dedication services in Moscow on Wednesday March 30 will mark a historic event with a dedicatory address by Joseph W. Fiehter of Columbus. Hon Myers Y. Cooper ex Governor of Ohio will attend and speak, with others. The building features 11 rooms, gym, auditorium, home economics, science, furnace, water, electric lights, four acres of grounds, and open inspection all day. Ex judge Harry Parker of Georgetown Ohio died last Wednesday night at Good Samaritan Hospital Cincinnati after a weeklong illness. He served as judge in Brown County's Common Pleas and Probate Courts and was Brown County prosecutor. He retired two years ago and practiced law in Georgetown. Fourth Man Caught After 1930 Love Land Store Robbery
Four men robbed a Love land store of 200 dollars on election day 1930. One suspect, Lowell Kaiser, was arrested in Indianapolis and held for Sheriff Rob erts after an October 1930 indictment. Sheriff Roberts and deputies Vein ken and Kain led the pursuit and recovery of the prisoner.

Mad dogs scare causes countywide dog containment
In Brown County, dogs were ordered chained or put up in two townships after a mad dog scare. A farmer killed a dog after it bit pigs, another dog attacked a cow. both animals died or were culled. The County Health Commissioner acted quickly to halt disease spread.

Miss Ione Wayland, Batavian’s oldest resident and last of her immediate family, died Sunday morning at age 90. She was born and raised in the home later razed by W. Nash. funeral services are at William Moore Funeral Home Tuesday with burial in Union Cemetery.
