Devon's Doubloons to Scatter Along Ohio River Line

William L. King, general manager of Devon, says the New Richmond branch of the O and N W will be rebuilt and running within sixty days. A Baldwin engine and forty cars will be purchased in Dayton, with 25 trainmen and many laborers. Six thousand new ties ordered, track realigned to connect with Georgetown and Portsmouth at Clough. Bridges and trestles rebuilt, roadbed widened, no debt carried, cash payments every thirty days. Trains Richmond to Cincinnati will take fifty five minutes. aim to be on the carpet April lth and in service May 1.
