The Ohio Supreme Court reversed a lower ruling in State of Ohio vs. O N DuBrul over a 600 claim for sheep killed by dogs. State to repay dry counties tax portion totaling sixteen thousand
Because many saloonists left dry counties, sixteen thousand dollars must be returned. The state portion of taxes paid into the treasury by county auditors in counties that ended liquor traffic will be refunded. Dry counties will keep seven tenths. the state covers three tenths.
