County Red Cross Drive Prolonged in Clermont County
George Ambermiller chairman of the Clermont County Chapter says the annual Red Cross drive is bogging down due to lack of local support and competition from other fund drives. The drive will continue throughout townships this month and county residents are urged to give when Red Cross workers call.

A Clermont County grand jury heard 22 cases Tuesday with 16 true bills returned. Indictments include manslaughter for Merrill McKinney in a fatal State Route 125 crash that killed Charles Carnes and Edward Bowen of Bethel, plus charges of non support larceny assault and battery grand larceny and indecent exposure for various defendants. Three Burned In Loveland Fireworks Plant Accident
