Ten indicted by grand jury at Goshen and Union Township
The grand jury returned 10 indictments led by Judge Schwartz at last week’s meeting. Ella Spencer of Nine Mile Rd Union Township faces an attempted murder charge from a January 22 shooting. Wayne Henson and David Wayne Howard of Goshen are indicted for conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery. On Feb 8 they were found with a shotgun handcuffs cut off stockings and gloves at Daisy Mae's Tavern Goshen.

Clermont County Commissioners reaffirmed a contractual agreement on the proposed medical social services with Nordloh. The 1976 contract was terminated, then reaffirmed in 1979, in a unanimous vote. They also approved a $124,319.44 payment to Thomas F. Cole for law enforcement and corrections center services and $7,392 for relocation services.
