Dr. N. O. Ash known as the minister of mercy died Monday night in a Cincinnati hospital. He established practice in Goshen about eight years ago. Survivors include his widow Mrs. Oliver Ash and a daughter Gloria Jane, 19.

Ohio Agricultural Experiment Station advises using 40 to 60 pounds of nitrogen per acre on timothy or bluegrass sod to boost early pasture. Apply by April 15 to gain grazing about 10 days earlier and reduce feed costs. 60 pounds of nitrogen can yield about 980 extra pounds of feed with 23.8 percent protein, compared with market costs three to four times higher.

Clermont County grand jury completed a two day session and returned eight indictments in seven cases. Paul Warman was indicted on two counts of automobile theft. Other indictments include Joe E.
