Murder Prevented Yanger Held After Arrest
Adam Yanger, 51, of New Richmond and parolee from the Ohio penitentiary, armed with a double barrel shotgun, hunted Charles Snider for revenge. Sheriff Cromwell and Deputy Kaif captured him at a Blairville shanty, he was held on $5000 bond, and jailed in Batavia awaiting grand jury. A murder was averted by swift action.
