Eastgate Mall Interchange Plan Moves Forward
Highway planners consider adding a new interchange on State Route 32 near I-275 to handle expected traffic from Eastgate Mall. The project would extend Eastgate Boulevard north from Route 32 to County Road 171, add four lanes, and is estimated at 3.8 million dollars under the OKI planning. Public meetings depend on community interest with notices directing inquiries to Clermont County Engineer Walter Carter and OKI’s Richard Bailey by March 17.
