Local Man Found Dead Near Newtown on Round Bottom Road
Val Hughes, 26, of Madison Indiana formerly Mt Crab was found dead on the Norfolk and Western railroad track near Newtown on the Round Bottom road by a morning train engineer. It is supposed he fell from a freight train. Coroner Scott Earns of Hamilton County and Sheriff Auxier were notified.
