Bench warrant issued in forgery case against Edward Bosch
A bench warrant for 50 year old Edward P. Bosch has been issued after sheriff’s detective filed a third forgery charge. Bosch signed Anne Glancy’s name on a stolen check and paid a $40 bill at Batavia’s Goldminer's Inn. He’s also charged with forging two checks for Lawrence Coogan and passing them at the Fraternal Order of Eagles hall in Batavia. Bosch posted no bond and faces a $5000 cash bond on the Glancy forgery.
