Carter Bid Wins Main Street Drainage and Paving Project
Carter Construction Co of Miamiville offered to install drainage and pavement on Newtonsville's Main Street for less than five other bidders. The project, funded by a 1982 Clermont County community block grant from the US Housing and Urban Development program, is about $600,000 lower than the next bid. Steve Wharton of the planning staff was designated as labor standards compliance officer.
