Arrest for Drunkenness Leads to Brief Jail Stay
Milton Reineke of Sherman avenue Norwood was arrested by Deputy Sheriff Thomas Brooks on Sunday at 12 30 for drunkenness after being found unconscious in a Plymouth car on the N and W tracks in West Batavia. He pleaded guilty before Squire S L Larkin, paid a $20 fine plus costs, and was released. A train was due in 20 minutes at the time. There will be children's services at the M E Church next Sunday June 16.

Deputy Sheriff Thomas Brooks of Batavia wrecked the sheriff’s Ford while pursuing five reckless drivers Sunday night near the N and W tracks west of town.
