Archie Sapp, 39, of Chile, found guilty of manslaughter for fatally shooting Arlie Bravard, 59, with a .22 rifle during a confrontation over divorce plans. The verdict followed a reduced charge from murder after jury deliberation in Clermont County Common Pleas Court. Prosecutors Ray Bradford and Ralph Hill led the case. defense included Louis J. Site Chosen For Telephones Exchange In Clermont County
The Cincinnati and Suburban Company announced the future site for a new telephone building to serve southwest Clermont County. Ohio Public Utilities Commission approval followed as plans to improve service in the Ohio Pike area were outlined.
