The shelter lists a bright friendly female Australian Cattle Dog about one year old with all shots as this week s Pet of the Week. Many other adult dogs and numerous puppies of various breeds are available. In the Cat Department there are a gray and white Longhair female with a ten week old male kitten, a calico female two years old, a bluebell wearing yellow collar Shorthair, plus many kittens of varied colors. Entries for the Humane Society Animal Photo Contest run until August 1 with a 2 dollar entry fee for over 14 and fifty cents for under 14, including society membership.
