Todd Benzinger, a New Richmond High School graduate, is in his second pro season with the Winston-Salem Red Sox of the Caroline League. The 6'1" lefty has played mainly left field and first base, hitting .260 in the second half with four homers, 14 doubles, one triple and 35 RBIs. His standout game was a five-hit effort against Hagerstown.
