Clermont County Community Action Director Jack Blumenthal says poverty war proposals total 1.5 million dollars with 5000 square feet as the county 10 percent share. Space needs include 1500 square feet for Neighborhood Youth Corps offices 2000 for Community Service Center offices and consultation rooms and 1500 for a health clinic with 750 square feet for a dental clinic already promised. He says the Youth Corps project will bring more than 700 thousand dollars to the county and approval may take one to several months.
