Batavia will hold its first Dim-Out Friday night at 10 oclock with blackout rules for homes and extinguishing outside business signs. Street lights stay on. traffic not stopped. Air Raid Wardens and Watchers will contact residents to arrange home blackout preparations. The signal is a short siren blast with bells and the all clear will follow after about 200 minutes.
