The Millionth P C A Loan Association operates for farmers with flexible repayments and self funding, not requiring Congressional funds. The Lebanon Association, with 534 lenders, has grown since 1934, owning stock of 21 1880 dollars and a reserve of 11 443 dollars to secure investments. It serves Clermont Brown Butler Hamilton Warren Clinton and Highland counties with Dale K Bee as local rep for Clermont and Brown. Through six months this year it has issued 370 loans totaling 230 000 dollars and may beat last year's record volume. Mr Moore, Cass County, has used his Peru Association since 1934. his fifth loan funds taxes and farm expenses, with remainder drawn as needed. He plans repayment from hogs and cattle sales and financed the farm purchase via a Federal Land Bank loan through Logansport Cass County National Farm Loan Association.
