Segondollar Divorce Settlement Reached in Moscow Case

Edenton Voting on 16000 Bond for School Fireproof Additions
Edenton Rural School District board adopted a resolution to issue a 16000 bond for fireproofing and alterations to the current building. If approved August 9, the debt would retire at 600 annually for 8 years, 700 annually for 8 years, and 800 annually for 7 years, plus a 38.7 mill outside levy for 28 years, as estimated by the County Auditor. The measure passed unanimously.

Pheasants Released in Clermont County
Two hundred pheasants shipped by the Ohio State Department of Conservation were released last week in protected territory in Clermont county. Game Warden Frank Stagg said the birds were eight weeks old and expected to be ready for hunting when the open season runs November 15 to 30.

Dr George L Hines of Williamsburg died Friday July 15 at age 82 after 55 years as a physician. He was long considered leading surgeon in the county and son of Rev William E Hines a Methodist minister. Survived by son Harry L Hines postmaster of Williamsburg.
