From all corners of Clermont County men met at the M. E. Church in Batavia on July 8 to form The Clermont County Anti-Saloon League. J C Fuhr of Williamsburg was named president with officers and township vice presidents elected to lead the statewide temperance effort against whiskey interests.

New Trial Granted for George W. Carter in Arson Conviction

County examiners stage a successful commencement for Patterson graduates at Batavia Town Hall attended by representatives from most county schools.
