Training Camp Opens at Beechwood Lodge July 11
The Twelve Days Leadership Training School begins at Beech wood Lodge on July 11. Accredited by the International Council of Religious Education, the gathering on the East Fork river draws students and leaders to learn teaching methods for local religious instruction. Activities include a Sunday program with a 10:30 a.m. department session, a 3:30 p.m. talk by Dr Earl Lewis Lee, and an 8:15 p.m. hymn and pageant program led by Cecile Hendrixson. Clermont County Sunday schools are invited to Friday July 22 Picnic Day on the camp grounds.

The Miller home hosted a pretty wedding for Marie Miller daughter of Mr and Mrs William Miller Jr to Harold Smith of the B and O line in Cincinnati. Music by Miss Theresia Stevens and a Lohengrin aria accompanied the ceremony conducted by Rev Charles Fisher. The couple will honeymoon in California for three weeks then visit relatives in western cities and Colorado Springs.

Rotary Camp Opens at Highland Park for Crippled Children
The Rotary Camp for Crippled Children debuted at Highland Park last Sunday with 600 visitors including Cincinnati Rotary Club families. Sixty six children are being entertained with room for twenty more, under ten ladies and two nurses led by chief manager Mrs Folsom. Eight week camp features meals, boating on the lake, two plays by children, and daily personal attention. Daddy Allen, founder, attended and spoke as grounds were prepared and whitewashed.
