In Hamilton County Court at Norwood Judge Heekin bound over Charles Helton and Robert Mack both Milford residents to the grand jury on charges of first degree murder in the April 7 killing of Troy Lee Carr a Fairfax service station attendant. An anonymous tip helped locate the suspects with Milford police. a $5500 reward was offered for information.
