Cokes cost ten cents with additional contributions accepted. Velma Schobert Stonelick township March of Dimes chair announces a Polio Frolic at Owensville school Saturday with Muddy Creek Ramblers music and booths bake sale and other entertainment to raise funds for polio.

Ex-Auto Dealer Dies In Crash Requiem Held For William McGann
William H. McGann 67 of Oakley died after a three vehicle collision on Wooster Pike near Newtown. A Milford auto dealer and Western Auto store operator, he sustained neck skull and rib fractures and died at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital. A high mass funeral will be held at St. Cecelia Church Oakley with burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. He was a Graybar Electric salesman for 20 years and co ran a Milford Dodge Plymouth agency with his son. He survived by his widow, two daughters, 11 grandchildren, and siblings. He belonged to the Knights of Columbus.

Neblett Convicted in Clermont County Shooting Case
A Clermont County Common Pleas Court jury in Batavia found Alley Neblett of New Richmond guilty on a shooting with intent to kill charge. Neblett, 40, allegedly shot his father in law Sam Hawkins on October 11 in front of the Ralph Willis residence on Center Street. State attorneys were Ray Bradford and Ralph Hill. Neblett was represented by William Jackson.
