Army Officer Candidate Sets Fort Sill Test Record
Army Officer Candidate Charles R. Palmer, 22, scored 499 of 500 to set a new Fort Sill combat proficiency record. Palmer, a Korea veteran and 1959 Del Valle high school graduate, trained at Fort Sill in a test measuring agility, strength and endurance. He is the son of Mrs. J. D. Scoggins of Milford and L. R. Palmer of San Antonio.

County Budget Sees $37,000 Increase Over 1962

PUCO Hearing Sought to End Loveland Agency Status

Glenn Rhodes Construction Co to expand and improve the Batavia sewage plant with an 83000 contract. A 23580 federal grant was approved to aid financing. NEW RICHMOND The Rev. Joe Bronson pastor of the Christian Church was cited for driving without a license after a collision at Columbia Parkway and Delta Ave. The other driver George Reichard 19 Mt. Washington was cited for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. Cecil Russell 39 construction worker at Walter C Beckford plant was injured in a fall and taken to St Mary Hospital. Russell released after X rays. Mayor Arch Wrigglesworth said Bronson has a license not expiring until 1964 but did not have it with him.
