A Jackson Ohio man died and three were injured in a head on crash about five miles from Milford on State Route 131 near Deerfield Road. Clarence F. Cook, 53, of Jackson, died. Harold Sparks of Fayetteville was critically injured. David Jones and Glen Beaumont of Jackson were injured, with Beaumont later released. Sparks drove a west bound car. Beaumont’s car crossed center line triggering the collision. The Ohio State Patrol investigated. Beaumont cited for driving left of center.
