Clermont's new health commissioner announced at a press conference series that the county hospital faced past opposition reversal and that a tri township water system could spur a western building boom while risk increasing sewage issues. He projects county population at about 80 000 by 1960 from 60 000 to 65 000 now, with 1950 census over 42 000.
