Fifteen to Appear Before Grand Jury in Clermont County

Fifteen persons are scheduled to appear before the Clermont County Grand Jury Thursday and Friday for indictment, according to Clermont County Prosecutor Ray Bradford. Cases include housebreaking, assault and battery, driving under the influence, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, larceny, and other offenses. some indictments may be thrown out.

Money Sought for Food Lost in Locker Fire

Leroy M Dunham of Cincinnati filed in Clermont County Common Pleas Court a petition seeking 8285 for meat lost in a January fire that destroyed the Feldman Frozen Food Storage plant main building. He argues Donald Florea underinsured the plant. He notes only 13 from an estimated 95.85 loss was recovered. The case outcome could affect clients.
