Elmer D. Wynn of Bethel postures on $15 000 bond after being charged with second degree murder in the stabbing death of Jackie Morgan of Felicity at a Clermont County party in Laurel. The stabbing occurred about 3 am Saturday after several arguments among guests. Morgan died en route to a Cincinnati hospital after a friend drove him to New Richmond police station.
