Bethel Man Killed When Timber Fell on Him Near Point Isabel
Silby Sib Corbin aged 66 of Bethel died Monday noon when a tree felled by Corbin and two accomplices fell and crushed him on the John Parrish place near Point Isabel. Pitzer and McClanahan reported the accident after the tree became entangled in grapevines and broke loose as they tried to free it. He leaves two brothers J W Corbin of Bethel and Lee Corbin of Bond Hill Cincinnati. his wife had died years earlier. Funeral services are set for Wednesday at Kennedy funeral home.
