Man Bound To Jury On Attempted Burglary
Paul L. Hazelwood 25 of 1528 Sutton Ave Mt Washington was bound over to the grand jury in Clermont County Court on breaking and entering and unlawful possession of burglary tools. Police say he tried to burglarize the Samsburg home of Harry Kirk on Dec 22, muffled the window with tape, and ransacked drawers for coins and a TV set. Hazelwood, found under a bed with tools and coins, had no license or car title. He previously was caught burgling a Cincinnati department store and was on probation. He claimed to need money for Christmas gifts for his mother and kids and said he worked as a window washer at 1079 Asbury Rd Mt Washington.
