Aged Man Dies In Brown County Farm House Fire
J. P. Hutchinson, 76, a retired farmer living alone in a small frame house at Elms Corner near Bethel, was burned to death when his home burned between 12 and 1 am Tuesday. Sheriff Miller and Brown County officials investigated. The body was taken to Kennedy Funeral Home Bethel. Hutchinson leaves a nephew George Lee and two nieces Elizabeth Mitchell and Alice Langston.

Aged Lady Dies Former School Teacher Jennie Snook
Mrs. Jennie Snook, a former Brown and Clermont county teacher who turned 100 last April 18, died Thursday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hart near Williamsburg. She had remained fairly active until a year ago and had lived with the Harts for several years.
