Farmers in Clermont county and nearby districts suffered chicken losses for months. Bruce Harlow Garland Harlow Clarence Moore of Cincinnati with four others were captured. A truck and sack-salted chickens were seized. suspects pleaded guilty to grand larceny and posted $500 bonds each. They remain jailed.

Man Jumped From Train in Kentucky Scalp Wound Reported
Oscar Hopkins 81 of Ateger Kentucky wandered into Dr J K Ashburn's office early Tuesday in a dazed state with a severe scalp wound. He said he jumped from a Norfolk and Western train about a mile below Avellon House to avoid being thrown off. He was taken to Dr Van Horn then returned home on the morning train.

Sheriff G. G. Auxier said Joseph McKeehan known as Blackie from Cincinnati and Milford has been captured by Arkansas authorities in connection with a Milford auto theft. The stolen car of Thomas J. James Morgan of New Richmond filed a $2,700 common pleas suit last week against Sheriff Garland G. Auxier charging detention without cause from November 5 to 10. Morgan was released on habeas corpus filed by Forrest E. Ely on November 10. Morgan’s brother Herman was recently convicted of burglary in an attempt to blow the LeMontree Manufacturing plant safe in New Richmond.

Milk Producers Meet in Clermont County With Call for Better Prices
A large group of Clermont county milk producers gathered at the Batavia Armory Friday night with Attorney J. P. Osborn of Cincinnati as chief speaker. He told the audience butter fat prices may reach 44 cents per pound by February 16 and urged all producers to attend a February 18 meeting in Columbus with Governor Davey to press for improved milk prices. An old fashioned dance followed the talk.
