The New Richmond Village Council and Mayor Art Galea invite residents to an informal meeting on Saturday February 10 from 10 to 12 noon in the mayor's office to air complaints and discuss village improvements. Council members will also be available on the second and fourth Saturdays. Don Haley assists recreation. County approves 1979 appropriations totaling 4.4 million
Clermont County commissioners completed the fiscal year 1979 general fund appropriations totaling 4.4 million with the sheriff’s department obtaining 869 200 the largest share. Other major allocations include 463 911 to another department and 184 500 to the treasurer. Revenue from property taxes is projected at 1 714 512 reflecting a six year reappraisal raising real estate values to 714 927 263.
