Scout Leaders Plan Annual District Meeting in Batavia
Clermont County Scout leaders met at the Court House in Batavia for their monthly round-table. They scheduled the annual district meeting for January 14 at the D X Ranch near Bethel with reports on the year and next year’s officers to be elected. Dale Forney noted 500 Cubs and Scouts took part in the Williamsburg circus. 600 spectators attended. tickets covered expenses and a repeat show was approved. Charles Abbott reported a record high in Boy Scout membership.
