Midwestern Fidelity opens large eco friendly Clermont County office
Midwestern Fidelity Corporation moved its staff and two subsidiaries to a 37 600 square foot contemporary building at 6040 Milford off State Route 28. The new site houses about 100 employees from the Mariemont Square office built in 1958. Land-Del Corp supervised design preserving the site’s trees and stream while architects Baxter Hodell Donnelly & Preston created a glass rear pavilion. The project anchors Clermont County’s 64 acre office park with plans for residential development and a nearby shopping mall.
