A thief took a safe containing 883 and 833 in cash from Smith's Pharmacy at 214. The burglar alerted the sheriff by calling about a fight at the Dougle E. The state and defense plan an early conference to set a trial date for Mrs. Helen A. Nathanson. She has been confined at Lima State Hospital after her husband was shot Sept. 7, 1963 while cleaning the pool at their home. Nathanson, a medical deputy, was restored to reason in Oct. 1968 and returned to Clermont County for a trial set Dec. 12, but was sent back to the hospital due to a deterioration in her condition.
