Thieves with two large trucks took about 8000 pounds of fine quality tobacco from Elmer Kline’s barn on state highway near Neville. Pleas Entered In Burglary And Chicken Stealing Case
On Wednesday night at the beach Judge Chas White heard pleas of guilty from Matilda Lyons and Elsie Henderson wives of Leo Lyons and Harve Henderson for burglary and chicken stealing. The two young wives were sentenced to the Marysville Woman's Reformatory for 1 to 15 years. Leo Lyons received 30 months to five years in the Ohio Penitentiary and Harve Henderson one to five years in the Mansfield Reformary.
